What are Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plans?
Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plans are bandwidth-based mobile plans for our Enterprise customers with that provide speed-based pricing, uninterrupted and unlimited local data to keep your enterprises connected on StarHub’s reliable and award-winning network.
The Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plans include Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited Lite, Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited Plus, and Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited Max.

Who is eligible to sign up for the Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plans?
All enterprise customers are eligible to sign up for Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plans.
What charges apply when I sign up for Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plans?
When you sign up for Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plans, there will be a one-time SIM activation charge of $38.15. The monthly recurring charge will be applicable.
For recontracting customers, an admin fee of $10.90 will apply.
How do I sign up for Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plans?
New and recontracting Enterprise customers can get in touch with us through the following channels:

What will happen to my existing 4G MaxMobile plan if I do not recontract?
Your plan will remain unchanged except for the discount entitlements and free VASes, which will lapse upon contract expiry. To continue enjoying our range of benefits, you can take up the new plan while retaining the same line.
When my current 4G MaxMobile plan contract expires, can I continue with my current plan?
Although the 4G MaxMobile plans are not available for recontract, you may still choose to remain on your existing plan without renewing. This is as part of our ongoing efforts to simplify and streamline our offerings.
We encourage you to sign up for our Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited Plans, which come with bigger data bundles and a whole host of other benefits designed to meet your business needs.
My Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited SIM is not working. How can I replace the SIM?
Please visit StarHub Business Manager App or the My Business Account Portal to request for SIM replacement.
I want to upgrade my Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plan. How do I do this?
You can contact us or your Authorised Officer to do so.
What does unlimited local data mean?
Unlimited data means exactly that - no limits on the amount of data you can use.
So you can scroll through social media, browse online, and use WhatsApp as much as you like.
Is StarHub's "unlimited data" capped?
There are no limits to how much data you can use in Singapore, but there is a limit on the speed at which you can use your data.
Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited Lite has a fastest speed of 5Mbps, Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited Plus at 20Mbps, and Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited Max plan lets you access our 5G network at full speed.
What do you mean by 'speed'?
Data 'speed' is how fast your mobile data connection is. We measure it in Mbps (megabits per second) - the higher the Mbps, the faster and smoother your device can do things online.
This impacts how quickly your device can send and receive information, like loading your office collaborative (eg. Teams) messages and video calls and downloading files.

Can I add more data to my new Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plans?
These new Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plans come with unlimited local data, so you do not have to worry about excess data. Data add-on VAS is hence not applicable.
Can I add more local outgoing call minutes or SMS to my new Biz+ MaxMobile Unlimited plans?
Yes, you can add on more local outgoing call minutes or local SMS; it’s your plan so you can build it the way you like it!
You can add it at any time via our self-help channels on the StarHub Business Manager App or the My Business Account Portal. Alternatively, you can contact us or your Authorised Officer to do so.
What are the charges that apply when I subscribe to the Voice or SMS Upsize VASes?
There will be a one-time charge of $10.90 when you subscribe to the Voice or SMS Upsize VASes. The monthly recurring charge of the upsize VAS will be applicable as well.
