Business Documents

For sign up of business services at StarHub shops and Exclusive Partners, please bring along the following documents:

1. Copy of company's business profile from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), dated within 1 month from  date of application.
2. If personnel signing up at shops (bearer) is not the Authorised Officer/Director of company, he/she needs to bring along: 
   • Letter of Authorisation from company director
   • A copy of company director's NRIC/FIN/Passport
   • Bearer's own NRIC/FIN/Passport 

NOTE: We will not be able to process your request if the documents listed above are not furnished at point of application at shops. We seek your kind understanding on this.
