Roaming User Guide
You need to subscribe to the International Roaming service before you can make and receive calls when you are overseas. Activation can be done via SMB/MBA by your company Authorised officer or Submit your query to us. For urgent activation, please call our Customer Care Consultants at 1633.

If you lose your mobile phone or SIM card, call our Customer Care Consultants immediately to suspend the service. Please visit our Customer Service Centre to reactivate the service within 30 days. Otherwise, the service will be terminated.
How to activate (phone settings)
Phone Settings
For Autoroam:
Switch on your mobile phone so that your location can be updated on StarHub's Roaming Partner's network. It will automatically select the network with the strongest signal.
For Manual Roam:
Set your mobile phone to "Manual Selection" and it will display all the networks available in that area. Please refer to your mobile phone user manual for more instructions to carry out manual selection.
Phone Rental
With StarHub as your travelling companion, roaming to over 200 destinations is a lot closer, as you'll always be contactable to those important to you.
How to make calls and send SMS
