Can I amend my booking details to change to another mobile line/device model/delivery date after completing the booking?

Once the order has been submitted, we are unable to make further changes to the mobile line or device model.

I received an email invitation to pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy S25. Will I be guaranteed a unit?

Please note that all orders are on a first-come-first-serve and while stocks last basis. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

When will I receive the new Samsung Galaxy S25 Series?

If you placed an order during the pre-order period, your new device will be delivered from 4 February 2025 onwards.

I did not manage to pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy S25 Series. How can I get one?

The new Samsung Galaxy S25 Series will be available for purchase from 14 February 2025 onwards. You may contact us through the following channels:

Recontracting

I have more than one mobile line that is eligible for contract renewal. Can I pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy S25 Series for all my mobile lines?

Yes, you may pre-order the device with all your mobile lines that are eligible for recontract.

Can I renew my existing mobile line with the new Samsung Galaxy S25 Series?

Yes. Please check your mobile recontract eligibility via the StarHub Business Manager App or the My Business Account Portal or reach out to your StarHub Client Manager. You may choose to renew your mobile contract with our Biz+ 2-Year Mobile Plans. If you are on a SIM Only plan, you can also order the new Samsung Galaxy S25 by upgrading to our Biz+ 2-Year Mobile Plans.

You may choose to renew your line before you are eligible to recontract, but early termination charges will apply.

Can I renew my mobile line that is currently enjoying a bill rebate?

Yes, you can renew your mobile line to pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy S25 Series. However, do note that you will no longer be able to enjoy your existing bill rebate upon the renewal of your mobile contract.
