When is StarHub discontinuing GEM HD?
GEM HD will no longer be available on StarHub TV from 1 August 2024.

Why is StarHub discontinuing GEM HD?
GEM HD will be discontinuing the channel regionally, including Singapore. As such, GEM HD (Ch 814) will no longer be available on StarHub TV with effect from 1 August 2024.

Will there be a replacement channel for GEM HD?
There will be no replacement channel for GEM HD. However, you can continue to enjoy more Japanese programmes on Hub E City (Ch 825/111).

With the discontinuation of GEM HD, will there be any changes in the subscription fees?
Your GEM HD subscription will be automatically terminated with effect from 1 August 2024. No further action is required from your emd. Charges will be pro-rated depending on your billing cycle, you may see an adjustment within your next two (2) bills after the discontinuation date.
