How can I get the free PRISM+ TV?

It’s easy! You can simply sign up or renew your existing Business Broadband to our 1Gbps Business Broadband plan with a minimum 24-months contract to get the free PRISM+ TV, while stocks last!

If I sign up for multiple 1Gbps broadband plans under the same company entity, am I entitled to multiple redemptions?

Yes, you’ll be entitled to redeem the same quantity of TVs based on the number of 1Gbps plan sign-ups.

How do I redeem my free PRISM+ TV?

It’s totally hassle-free! The free PRISM+ TV will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed PRISM+. You will receive a call or email from PRISM+ within 20 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date. You can arrange your preferred delivery date and time directly with PRISM+.

What time does the delivery start and end each day?

You have the option of choosing a delivery time slot between 11am to 3pm or between 4pm to 8pm depending on the availability.

What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my free PRISM+ TV?

You may visit PRISM+ Contact Us page for any modification requests to your agreed date or time of delivery.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?

Rescheduling the delivery appointment for your free PRISM+ TV to be sent to the address of your installed broadband service is free as long as PRISM+ has not already attempted to make the delivery.


To reschedule your delivery, kindly contact the courier company at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery to ensure they can make the necessary logistic arrangements.

How many days in advance should I contact PRISM+ if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery?

Please contact PRISM+ at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

I missed the delivery appointment for the free PRISM+ TV. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery?

PRISM+ will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange another delivery.

Subsequent deliveries will be chargeable at $50 (with GST) per trip payable to PRISM+. Re-delivery date and time will be subject to slot availability.

Can my employee / colleague receive the free PRISM+ TV on my behalf?

Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the free PRISM+ TV on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.

I did not receive any call or SMS message about the delivery of my free PRISM+ TV. What should I do?

Kindly allow 20 working days from your successful order installation date for PRISM+ to contact you about the delivery.

If the order closure date has been over 20 working days, kindly contact your respective Sales Representative servicing your account or reach out to sme@starhub.com.

Will there be free installation for the free PRISM+ TV?
Yes, basic set up of TV is included upon request, such as unboxing the TV, power up and connecting to the internet and setting up of the antenna. If there are no wall brackets, tabletop assembly is included with the delivery.

Can I purchase a Wall Mount?
Yes, you may purchase a fixed wall bracket that comes with free installation for $79 (with GST) or a swivel wall bracket that comes with free installation for $139 (with GST) at the time of scheduling your TV delivery with PRISM+. Please ensure that the delivery and installation of the TV with wall bracket (fixed/ swivel wall bracket) is done on the same trip. Any additional trips for the installation of your TV will be charged at $50 (with GST) per trip by PRISM+, payable directly to PRISM+.

Does the free PRISM+ TV come with a warranty?

Yes, PRISM+ Q55-QE Google TV comes with a 3-years local warranty, please refer to the warranty policy as stated. The warranty is automatically registered by PRISM+ from the date of delivery, you may refer to the barcode serial number for warranty purposes.
