How can I get the Nespresso Zenius Machine?  

Simply sign up for, or recontract to our 1Gbps Business Broadband plan for at least 24 months, while stocks last.

How do I receive my Nespresso Zenius Machine?  

The Nespresso Zenius Machine will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by Nespresso.


You will receive an email from Nespresso within 20 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date.

What time does the delivery start and end each day? 

Nespresso will contact you to arrange for the delivery and follow up with an email. 
Do inform Nespresso if you are unavailable on the scheduled date or time and please propose an alternative (with the option to reschedule the delivery between Monday to Friday between 9am to 12noon or 2pm to 5pm, depending on the availability).

What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my free Nespresso Zenius Machine?  

Please reply to Nespresso’s email upon receiving your delivery schedule if you are not available on the scheduled date or time.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery? 

There will be no charges for rescheduling the delivery of your free Nespresso coffee machine.

Please ensure you reschedule at least 2 working days in advance of your scheduled delivery to allow Nespresso to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery? 

Please contact Nespresso at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

I missed the delivery appointment for the free Nespresso Zenius Machine. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery? 

Nespresso will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange another delivery. There will be no charges for rescheduling your free Nespresso coffee machine. Re-delivery date and time will be subject to slot availability.

Can my employee/colleague receive the free coffee machine on my behalf?

Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the free Nespresso Zenius Machine on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.

Does the free Nespresso Zenius Machine come with a warranty? 

Yes, the Nespresso Zenius Machine comes with a 1-year local warranty. Please refer to the warranty policy for details. The warranty is automatically registered by Nespresso from the date of delivery. For warranty purposes, you may refer to the machine's serial number.

I did not receive any call/ email from Nespresso about the delivery of my free Nespresso Zenius Machine. What should I do? 

Kindly allow up to 20 working days from your successful order installation date for Nespresso to contact you about the delivery.

If the order closure date has been over 20 working days, kindly contact your respective Sales Representative servicing your account or reach out to sme@starhub.com.

If you have signed up or renewed your Business Broadband plan using StarHub online portal, kindly write in to smbonlinestore@starhub.com for assistance.

How do I order the coffee capsules from Nespresso subsequently?

A separate email with online account activation details will be sent to you within 5 working days after the machine is delivered. This email will include information on the various ways to order capsules.
