How can I get the Lenovo IdeaPad? 

Simply sign up for, or recontract to our 1Gbps Business Broadband plan for a contract of at least 24 months. The Lenovo IdeaPad is available while stocks last.

How will I receive my Lenovo IdeaPad?   

The Lenovo IdeaPad will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service by Lenovo, at no cost. 


You will receive a call from our vendor’s courier within 20 working days of your order completion or successful service installation date.

What delivery slots are available for the Lenovo IdeaPad? 

Lenovo will contact you via phone call to arrange for the delivery of your IdeaPad.  


Do inform the courier service if you are unavailable on the scheduled date or time and please propose an alternative. You may reschedule your delivery for a slot between Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm, excluding PH.

What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my Lenovo IdeaPad? 

Please inform the courier service at least two working days in advance if you are not available on the scheduled date or time.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?  

Customers are only allowed to change the delivery schedule one time at no additional charge. 


Please ensure you reschedule at least 2 working days in advance of your scheduled delivery to allow the courier to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery?  

Please contact the courier at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

I missed the delivery appointment for the free Lenovo IdeaPad. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery?  

Lenovo’s courier will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange another delivery slot. There will be no charges for rescheduling your free Lenovo IdeaPad delivery the first or second time. Re-delivery date and time will be subject to slot availability.

Can my employee/colleague receive the free device on my behalf? 

Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the free Lenovo IdeaPad on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed. Kindly note that the receiver must provide the company stamp to Lenovo’s courier.

Does the free Lenovo IdeaPad come with a warranty?  

Yes, the Lenovo IdeaPad comes with 3 Year Premium Care. Please refer to the warranty policy for details. The warranty is automatically registered by Lenovo from the date of (Change from "delivery" to "manufacturer"). For warranty purposes, you may refer to the machine's serial number.

I did not receive any call/ email from Lenovo about the delivery of my free Lenovo IdeaPad. What should I do?  

Kindly allow up to 20 working days from your successful order installation date for Lenovo to contact you about the delivery. 


If the order closure date has been over 20 working days, kindly contact your respective Sales Representative servicing your account or reach out to sme@starhub.com.
