2. How can I get Max on StarHub?

We are excited to share that StarHub customers will be able to enjoy Max with the following plans: 

 

For New or Re-contract HomeHub+ customers

  • Eligible Plans: HomeHub+ UltraSpeed 5Gbps with Max or HomeHub+ UltraSpeed 10Gbps with Max

  • Bundled Max Plan: Max Standard

 

For StarHub TV+* or existing HomeHub+ customers

  • Eligible Plans: HBO Pak (as an add-on)

  • Bundled Max Plan: Max Standard

 

For existing StarHub Entertainment Pass* customers

  • Eligible Plans: Movies Pass or HBO Pak (as an add-on)

  • Bundled Max Plan: Max Standard

 

For existing StarHub TV Basic Tier* customers

4. How can I get Max as an add-on to my StarHub service?

You can subscribe to Max Standard as an add-on service via the StarHub App.

  • Click on the “Entertainment” icon.

  • Click on “Manage & Info” under the Max section.

  • Tap on “Manage subscription”.

  • Select “Subscribe” from the top menu bar. Choose the StarHub service you wish to add Max to and press “Next”.

  • Click “Confirm”.

5. I am currently enjoying HBO GO on StarHub. Will I enjoy Max?

Yes, you will enjoy Max as HBO GO will be replaced by Max. You will receive a notification SMS or email once your bundled access has been enabled.
