Bill summary and functions

1. Users can review the bill summary by:

• Current charges - What is incurred currently
• Previous balance - Remaining charges from previous month
• Last payment - Last recorded payment
• Total outstanding -Current total outstanding)

2. Other billing functions would also be available in this view.

Modify mode of receiving bills

1. You can choose between e-bill only, or a combination of e-bill and paper bill.
2. You can download your e-bill from My Business Account portal at the end of each billing cycle.

Modify billing address

1. To begin, choose the desired billing account from the dropdown menu (should you have more than 1 billing account).
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the billing address via the billing address form. Input the postal code and the remaining details will be populated automatically.
3. Finally, select your unit number from the dropdown menu and click "Submit".

Search, edit or add a new user

1. Under the "Manage" tab, add a new user by tapping the + icon on the top right hand corner of the screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. For organisations with > 20 users, you need to use the search query function to find/edit your user, by their user name or email (with a minimum of three characters).
3. For organisations with < 20 users, the list of users will be listed in this view (without the need to search).
4. Once your desired user is found, tap on the user name to edit the selected profile.

Quick access to other functions to manage your users

1. You can launch the quick edit by tapping on the three dots on the top hand right hand of the screen.
2. This will launch the list of options (reference screen on the right).
3. Choose the desired action, select the user(s) you wish to apply the action on and follow the on-screen instructions.

Important: After adding an user, you need to send an invitation to the user to activate their Enterprise ID. You can perform this action using the "Send activation email" function.

Assign by Individual User

Login to My Business Account portal as an AO, navigate to Settings - Manage Users.

1. Select the checkbox of the user you wish to assign VAS access to.
2. Select [Action] from the dropdown menu, and click on "Feature Access".
3. A list of VASes will be displayed. Amend the access rights using the ON/OFF switch.
4. User with the respective VAS access rights will be able to add or remove the selected VAS via the mobile app.

Assign by Multiple Users

Login to My Business Account portal as an AO, navigate to Settings - Manage Users.

Export

1. Select the checkboxes of all the users you wish to assign VAS access to. You can select all as well.
2. Select [Action] from the dropdown menu, and click on "Feature Access".
3. Select the VASes to amend access to the selected users.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to download/export an excel file of your earlier selections.

Import

1. Open the excel file. Selected users and VASes from earlier steps will be listed in this file. Amend the access rights to the VASes from columns F onwards using Y/N to each row (user).
2. Save and close the excel. Navigate back to Manage Users view in the portal.
3. Select "Import From File".
4. Select "VAS Access" from the dropdown menu for "Import File Type".
5. Click on the + icon to import the excel you have made changes to.
6. Select "Import" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Manage individual user profile

1. For new users, you can input their user email. For existing users where an email has been assigned, this is non editable (Name and Manager Email are editable)
2. After tapping on the + icon, input the details required and follow the on-screen instructions to add user. Email, Name and Role are mandatory fields.
3. As an AO, you can assign Corporate Admin or User role.

Assign mobile number to users

1. For users to login and view details of their mobile plan, you need to assign a mobile number to their Enterprise ID (email address).
2. Tap on the "Assign Service ID" tab to assign a mobile number to your user.
3. As an AO, you can assign multiple mobile numbers to the Enterprise ID. There will be no OTP required for AO levels.

View the list of services and assigned users

1. Within "Manage Services" is the list of mobile service(s) that your organisation is subscribed to.
2. For organisations with > 20 mobile services, you need to use the search query function to find your user - by mobile number, user name or email (with a minimum of three characters). 
3. For organisations with < 20 mobile services, the list of mobile services will be listed in this view, without the need to search (refer to image on the right).
4. Click on "View Details" to view the plan entitlements and manage VASes for each mobile number.

View mobile plans and manage VASes

1. For each mobile service, review details of the mobile plan and VASes linked to each mobile service.
2. As an AO, you have the rights to manage (add/remove) VASes for your users through "Manage VASes".
3. If you have assigned your users VAS modification access rights through My Business Account, they will be able to modify their Value-Added Services.

From your profile page, you can switch between roles

1. For AOs and corporate admins, you will find the option on your profile page to switch between Admin and User roles.
2. Admin mode allows you to perform fundamental tasks at company level (functions outlined above).
3. User mode allows you to view your own (and all your users) subscribed services.
4. Switch between the roles in the "Profile" tab whenever required.

Search and monitor users' usage

As an AO, you can monitor your users' usage so you can add on data packages wherever necessary to prevent bill shock.

1. Switch to User mode (refer to above step)
2. Click on the search icon at the top right hand corner of the screen.
3. Search for the user or mobile number you wish to view.
4. You can also view your own mobile number's usage using this function.
