Already on a 4G/5G device but unable to receive or make calls?


With the closure of 3G network, all voice calls will require data connectivity. Here's what you'll need to do on your device:

 

1. Enable Mobile Data and VoLTE

Check if your device is VoLTE supported here.

2. Set the Network mode to 5G/4G/LTE

On Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > select 5G/LTE/3G/2G or LTE/3G/2G

On iOS (iPhone 6 or later): Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice and Data

3. Restart your device
