Understanding User Roles & Permissions

 

Here's an overview of the roles and permissions to help you understand what your assigned role can/cannot do!

Description
  • Full access rights to all tasks and features. 
  • Flexibility to assign selected rights to Corporate Administrator and Corporate User. 
  • Similar rights to an Authorised Officer, except for the granting of Value-Added Services (VAS) access rights to Users and modification of billing details.
  • Fundamental rights to view usage. Can be empowered by AO to view selected reports and modify VASes. 
  • Enterprised ID can only be granted by the Authorised Officer.

  • View company monthly spend reports 
  • Review all company mobile services usages.
  • Manage all mobile services add-ons
  • Review billings and manage e-Bill notifications
  • Manage all user accounts with full access rights

Access rights including:

  • View monthly spend reports 
  • Review all company mobile services usages 
  • Manage mobile services add-ons as granted access by company's Authorised Officer.
  • Review billings
  • Manage all user accounts with limited access rights.

  • View individual spend reports 
  • View assigned mobile services usages
  • Manage mobile services add-ons as granted access by company's Authorised Officer
