How do I redeem my free Tapo Smart Home Bundle?
It’s totally hassle-free! The Tapo Smart Home Bundle will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company. You will receive a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 7 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date. You can arrange your preferred delivery date and time directly with the courier company.
What time does the delivery start and end each day?
Weekday 10 am to 7 pm.
Sat 9 am to 4 pm
No deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays.
What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my free Tapo Smart Home Bundle?
Please reach out to the courier company directly to request for any modification to your agreed date or time of delivery.
Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?
Rescheduling of delivery appointment for your Tapo Smart Home Bundle to be sent to the address of your installed broadband service is free, as long as the courier company has not already attempted to make the delivery. We strongly advise the rescheduling request to be made at least 2 working days in advance for the courier company to make the necessary logistic arrangements.
How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery?
Please contact the courier company at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.
I missed the delivery appointment for the free Tapo Smart Home Bundle. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery?
The courier company will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange for re-delivery. Re-deliveries are chargeable at $50 per appointment by Convergent Systems, payable in cash or via Paynow. Delivery date and time for re-delivery will be subject to slot availability.
Can my family member receive the free Tapo Smart Home Bundle on my behalf?
Yes, someone else can receive the free Tapo Smart Home Bundle on your behalf at the same address as reflected on your service agreement.

There is no need to register the warranty online. The warranty is based on the serial number on your Tapo Smart Home Bundle. If the Tapo Smart Home Bundle is faulty, you just need to visit the service
centre for a 1-1 swap, you may call for appointment.
