How do I update my Document Identity Card number with StarHub?

How do I update my date of birth record with StarHub?

How do I update my contact number?
You may conveniently update your personal information online or via our mobile app.
StarHub App:
1. Log in and tap “More” (you’ll see this at the bottom right of the screen).
2. Tap “Manage account” and select a service.
3. Go to “Contacts”, update your mobile number, and save your changes.
My Account:
1. Log in and click "Settings" from the top menu.
2. On "My Profile", scroll to "Personal Information" > "Your Mobile".
3. Update your mobile number and confirm.
How do I update my email address?
Updating your email contact is the same as changing your Hub iD, which you need to log in to your StarHub apps and sites. You can do this online or via the mobile app.
1. Log in and tap “More” (you’ll see this at the bottom right of the screen).
2. Tap “Manage account” and select a service.
3. Go to “Contacts”, update your email address, and save your changes.

2. On "My Profile", click “Update your Hub iD”.
3. You’ll see an “Edit” link beside your current Hub iD. Click it and make your changes.
4. You’ll be asked to verify your new Hub iD via email.
How do I update my billing address?
Updating your billing address is easy! You can do it online or via the mobile app. Just follow the steps below.
NOTE: The billing address must be a Singapore address.
1. Log in to the app and tap “More” (you’ll see this at the bottom right of the screen).
2. Tap “My billing address” and select a service.
3. Tap “Edit address”, enter the details, and confirm the changes.

2. On "My Billing Accounts", click “Change Address”.
3. Choose “Billing Address”.
4. Select the Account(s) to be updated with the new billing address.
5. Enter your new billing address and confirm the changes.
I received a notification that my contact details have been updated. Why am I receiving this?
Our system received a request for your contact details to be updated and this is a general notification to notify you of this request.
I changed my contact details and received a notification regarding it. However, the details are inaccurate. What do I do?
You can submit the request again with the correct details.
I received a notification regarding a change of contact details, but I did not request for this. What do I do?
- You can submit a request to update the details back to the original.
- Simply log in to the StarHub App > "More" > "Manage account" > "Contacts" to update your contact details. For added security, we recommend resetting your Hub iD password too. Simply tap on "Forgot Password" on the StarHub App login screen.
- Alternatively, you can call our hotline for assistance.
- If you are on Star Plan, you may seek assistance via our chatbot.

How do I update my registered legal name?
Please note that the registered name can only be updated if the wrong characters were captured during the point of registration or there’s been a change on your legal name.
For Singapore citizens
To update your registered legal name, please send your request to us via starhub.com/feedback together with the following documents:
- Copy of the document ID used for registration (front and back)
- Deed poll
For non-Singapore citizens
You must go to any of the StarHub main shops at Plaza Singapura, Tampines, Nex, or Jurong Point to update your registered legal name as well as your registered document ID (old and new passport or FIN). Your registered document ID should show the old and new names.
How do I update my registered date of birth or nationality?
To update your registered date of birth or nationality, please send your request to us via starhub.com/feedback together with a copy of the document ID used for registration (front and back).
How do I update my document ID from passport to FIN?
To update your document ID from passport to FIN, please go to any of the StarHub main shops at Plaza Singapura, Tampines, Nex, or Jurong Point. Do bring your previous and new document IDs.
How do I update my registered address?
To update your registered address, please send your request to us via starhub.com/feedback together with a copy of the document ID used for registration (front and back). If possible, the document ID must have the new registered address. Otherwise, you can provide other documents reflecting the address such as a bank statement or a utility bill.
