What documents do I need to bring along to re-register my Prepaid number?
Please bring along your Identity Documents (IDs) for verification.
- If you are a Singaporean or PR, please bring your NRIC
- If you are a foreigner, please bring either your Passport, ONE Pass, Employment Pass, Work Permit, Social or Dependent Pass.
When is the deadline to re-register my Prepaid number?
We recommend that you re-register your Prepaid number by the stipulated date indicated in your SMS or it will be terminated within 2 weeks from the date indicated.
I received an SMS to re-register my Prepaid number. What happened?
Your Prepaid number may be registered with incomplete or inaccurate particulars previously. Simply re-register your Prepaid number with your personal particulars at any StarHub Shop by the date indicated in your SMS to continue using it! Otherwise, your Prepaid number will be terminated within 2 weeks from the date indicated in your SMS.
Where can I re-register my Prepaid number other than StarHub shops?
Sorry, you can only re-register your Prepaid number at StarHub Shops.
If I do not wish to re-register my Prepaid number, what happens to my balance credits?
We recommend that you re-register your Prepaid number by the stipulated date in the SMS or it will be terminated from 2 weeks from the stipulated date indicated. Your balance credits will be forfeited on the same day too.
