What are the fulfillment options available for Star Plan?
You can have your order delivered to you or you can choose to collect it at our StarHub shops.

Where can I collect my order from?
You can collect your order at any of our 5 StarHub shops at Plaza Singapura, Nex, Jurong Point, Causeway Point or Tampines Mall.

When can I collect my order?
You can collect your item(s) at your preferred location within 21 days of your order.

How do I collect my order?
You can simply present the collection QR code on StarHub app during the collection. Our Sales Advisor will assist you on the collection.

I've selected self-collection. Can I change to have it delivered to me instead?
