What are the fulfillment options available for Star Plan?
You can have your order delivered to you or you can choose to collect it at our StarHub shops.

Where can I collect my order from?
You can collect your order at any of our 5 StarHub shops at Plaza Singapura, Nex, Jurong Point, Causeway Point or Tampines Mall.

When can I collect my order?
You can collect your item(s) at your preferred location within 21 days of your order.

How do I collect my order?
You can simply present the collection QR code on StarHub app during the collection found via the top right corner with an “envelope” icon on StarHub App home screen. Our Sales Advisor will assist you on the collection.

I've selected self-collection. Can I change to have it delivered to me instead?
