Pay bills over the Counter
You can pay your bills in person at the following venues by bringing along latest StarHub bill and handing it over to the counter staff.
Please note that bills payments over the counter at StarHub Shops is unavailable.
7-Eleven Stores
Bring along your latest StarHub bill to make bill payment using “StarHub Account No”. Search for a nearby 7-Eleven store via 7-Eleven website.
• Successful bill payment will be updated into your Postpaid account within 3 business days from transaction date.
• Please retain 7-Eleven issued physical receipt upon payment made for future reference.
• Customer should be advised to pay 3 business days in advance to allow enough time for processing.

Bring along your latest StarHub bill to make bill payment using “StarHub Account No”. Search for a nearby Singapore Post Office via SingPost website.
• Successful bill payment will be updated into your Postpaid account within 3 business days from transaction date
• Please retain Post Office issued receipt upon payment made for future reference
• Customer should be advised to pay 3 business days in advance to allow enough time for processing
