How do I receive my top up devices? 

It’s totally hassle-free! The device will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company. You will receive a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 10 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date. You can arrange your preferred delivery date and time directly with the courier company.

What time does the delivery start and end each day? 

Delivery is on Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm.

What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my free OPPO Pad Neo LTE + Buds 2?

You may contact our courier partner at appsupport@jtexpress.sg or 6916 3899 to request a change of date.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery? 

Rescheduling your delivery at least one working day in advance before 3 pm is free, Otherwise, there will be a charge of $16.35 for any unsuccessful or rescheduling of delivery.

How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery? 

Please contact the courier company at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

I missed the delivery appointment for the device. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery? 

The courier company will send an SMS notification coupled with their contact details to reschedule the delivery. Delivery date and time for re-delivery will be subject to slot availability. Please note that there will be a charge of $16.35 per trip, payable by cash or PayNow only, for unsuccessful deliveries.

Can my family member receive the device on my behalf? 

Yes, kindly ensure that the person who will be receiving the mobile phone on your behalf is ready with their original copy of NRIC for verification purposes during the delivery appointment.

Does the free OPPO Pad Neo LTE + Buds 2 come with warranty?

Yes, the free OPPO Pad Neo LTE + Buds 2 comes with warranty. The warranty period for Pad Neo LTE is 2 years and the warranty period for Buds 2 is 1 year. You will be required to bring a copy of your service agreement and delivery order to the service centre if your mobile phone needs servicing. Kindly ensure that you check your free mobile phone upon delivery. StarHub will not be liable for any defects of this premium.

What happens if I do not receive a copy of the Delivery Order from the courier?

Do remind the courier to give you a copy of the Delivery Order on the day of delivery of your OPPO Pad Neo LTE + Buds 2.

I did not receive an SMS from StarHub about how my device will be delivered. What should I do? 

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you top up for a device. If confirmed, you can expect a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 7 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date.

I did not receive any WhatsApp message from the courier company about the delivery of my device. What should I do? 

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you top-up for the OPPO Pad Neo LTE + Buds 2. If confirmed, kindly allow 10 working days from your order completion/successful service installation date for the courier company to contact you about the delivery of your free premium.

If you have previously received an SMS about the projector, you can contact the courier company directly on the number provided to check the status of the delivery.
