Who is eligible to pre-order the new OPPO Find N5?

If you have an existing StarHub postpaid mobile line, broadband or TV entertainment service: 
To pre-order on Device Plan, simply log in to the online store with your Hub iD and select a mobile plan or deal. We will then check your eligibility for your selected option. 

If you do not have a Hub iD account, you can sign up at www.starhub.com/hubid for free.

You may also check your recontract eligibility on StarHub app. Log in and tap on "Mobile" to view your contract details.

Pre-order begins on 21 February 2025, 10:00am. Simply choose the mobile line you want and follow the steps on screen to check out the  your device on StarHub app or Online Store. 

If you are a new StarHub customer:
Simply sign-up for a new line and select "Self Pick Up", your preferred collection date and location. You are required to complete an in-person verification with physical Identification Card in line with IMDA regulations.

What do I need to prepare for the new OPPO Find N5 pre-order?

For a smooth pre-order transaction, please prepare the following:

  • Step 1: Ensure you have your Hub iD ready for login. If you don't have one, please visit starhub.com/hubid to register.
  • Step 2: Download the StarHub app to check your recontract eligibility and ensure you have no outstanding bills. 
  • Step 3: Clear your browser cache.

Can I amend my pre-order details to another mobile line / device model after completing pre-order?

Once the order has been submitted, we are unable to make further changes to the mobile line, device model or colour.

Can I renew my existing mobile line or recontract when I purchase the OPPO Find N5? 

Good news, there are no fees if you are out of contract or eligible to recontract. Simply log in with your Hub iD to check if your line is eligible for renewal.  
 
If you are servicing an existing 2-year device contract, you can also choose to upgrade to the next tier of Device Plan to enjoy more data with free roaming with no additional fees. Check here for more information. 

You may use your recontract voucher when renewing to a 2-year Device Plan to offset the cost of your chosen device. However, do note that the value of the recontract voucher will vary depending on the plan selected. 
 
To switch to our no-contract SIM Only Star Plan, you can do so via StarHub App.

How can I buy now, pay later the OPPO Find N5 in monthly instalments?

Delivery & Self Collection/Pick up

Can I reschedule my delivery/collection date after I have completed the pre-order?

You can reschedule your appointment via the StarHub app > More > My Delivery & Appointments.

Can I self-collect at a StarHub shop after I pre-ordered OPPO Find N5 online?

Self-collection is only available for customers who are new to StarHub and are required to complete an in-person verification with a physical Identification Card in line with IMDA regulations.

If you are not eligible for self-collection, don’t worry! You can enjoy the convenience of having your device delivered to you. You can check your appointment status here

If you’re unavailable to receive the delivery, you can have someone to accept it on your behalf. The authorized representative must present a letter of authorization along with your physical NRIC during the appointment to collect the delivery.

Where can I check my order confirmation and delivery date? 

Upon successful order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address indicated during the purchase process. Do also check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox. You should receive the order confirmation email from onlinestore@starhub.com.

Can I change my delivery address? 

We're sorry but we are unable to amend the delivery address once your order has been submitted.

Can another person receive the device on my behalf? 

Recontract customers may assign a proxy to receive the delivery on your behalf. The authorised representative will be required to present a letter of authorisation and your physical NRIC to receive the delivery on your behalf during the appointment. 

If you are an existing customer who have signed up for a new mobile line, you will be required to receive the delivery in-person.

Can I use the free 3 or 12-month pass with my existing Premier League subscription?

No, you can’t apply the free pass to your existing Premier League subscription. You can only use the free pass on a new Hub iD. 
 
For existing Standalone Premier League subscribers, the 3 or 12-months access will be applied to your existing subscription. For existing Bundled Premier League subscription, a voucher code will be issued to you separately.

I’m subscribed to the Premier League channels. Do I need to pay extra to watch it on StarHub TV+ app? 

You’ll be able to catch Premier League on StarHub TV+ app anytime, anywhere without any additional cost on your StarHub mobile line! Ensure that your mobile data access point (APN) is set to "shwap" in order to not get any data charges. 

You’ll be able to register up to 5 devices and up to 2 streams simultaneously – given these are all within the same household.
