It is a value-added service (VAS) to prevent all overseas calls reaching Digital Voice Home lines.

What is the cost of blocking incoming overseas calls for DVH?
It is free-of-charge until further notice. There are no activation and monthly charges for subscribing to this service.

How do I sign up to block overseas incoming calls on my telephone line? How do I activate the blocking service on my telephone line?
Existing DVH customers can block international numbers for free by calling 1633 to activate.
New customers can activate this feature during sign-up.

Will I be notified of blocked calls?
No.

Can I select specific countries to block calls from?
No.

What happens if I change my number or transfer the ownership to another person?
The VAS will be unsubscribed upon the transfer.

What happens if I have enabled call forwarding to another number?
The incoming overseas calls will be blocked.

This is a sign up service. Customers are not automatically opted into it.
