Where can I redeem rewards?

You can redeem and save rewards through StarHub app.

How do I redeem and enjoy my rewards?

It's easy! To redeem your reward, simply follow these steps:

  • Log in to the StarHub app with your Hub iD.
  • At the bottom of the home page, find the "Rewards" icon to view all rewards an promotions.
  • Tap on the reward that you like, read the T&Cs followed by click on "Save to My Rewards" button to save it.
  • To use your reward, tap on the "My Rewards" tab and go to "Saved Rewards". Select the one you want to use and enjoy!

Where can I see the rewards I redeemed or saved?

All your saved rewards can be found in StarHub app.

  • Log in to StarHub app.
  • At the bottom of the home page, find the "Rewards" icon to view all rewards an promotions.
  • Tap on the “My Rewards” tab to find all saved rewards and select the reward that you want to use.

How long is the validity of my saved rewards?

You can refer to the respective terms and conditions for each reward on the Rewards page via StarHub app.

How do I redeem birthday rewards?

To redeem your birthday reward, simply log in to StarHub app during your birthday month. Go to "Rewards" and a pop up will be shown with your birthday treat. Tap on "Check it out", and your birthday treats will be saved and shown under "My Rewards".

What items are available for redemption?

We have exciting treats and deals available from time to time for different members to enjoy.

Why are the rewards available for my redemption different compared with those available to my family and friends?

 In StarHub Rewards, we introduced membership tiers and all customers will be given free membership. To read more on membership and eligibility, you can click here.

Depending on your membership tier, you’ll enjoy different member benefits, rewards, and deals.

Can I redeem more than one reward?

You can refer to the respective terms and conditions for each reward on StarHub app.

Can I approach your staff at StarHub shops or call the customer service hotline to do my rewards redemption?

With StarHub Rewards, you’ll be able to browse, save, and redeem all your rewards on the Rewards page via StarHub app.

How do I know if my rewards have expired?

There’s an expiry date indicated on your redeemed rewards. We encourage you to log in to StarHub app, refer to My Rewards regularly, and use your rewards before they expire.

Why can’t I earn Stars now when I play games, spin the wheel or save a lifestyle deal?

As of 1 March 2025, our StarHub Rewards Stars programme will be discontinued on the StarHub app. In the meantime, prizes are still up for grabs with Play & Win as well as Featured Deals for you to save.

When did this change take place?

The ability to earn and redeem Stars will be discontinued from 1 March 2025.

Why has the Stars feature been removed from the Rewards program?

The Stars feature has been removed as part of ongoing efforts to bring you new and improved offerings at StarHub. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to elevate your StarHub experience.

What will happen to my deals/rewards that I have saved/redeemed?

The deals or rewards you've already saved or redeemed will remain valid until the expiry dates provided. We strongly encourage you to utilise these before they expire.

I can’t locate my “Saved Rewards” under My Rewards in StarHub app.

If you’ve successfully saved your rewards and not redeemed them, these may have already expired and are no longer available.
