CMGO Activation Guide
How do I activate CMGO?
If you're a first-time user, follow these steps to start using CMGO.
Step 1: Go to www.cmgo.com and click “Get started” to create a CMGO account using your email address. Verify your email address and set a password.
Step 2: Create your Profile by setting a Profile Name and select between M18 or R21 for the Content range.
Step 3: Set and confirm your 4-digit R21 or Profile PIN.
Step 4: Select and login with your Profile.
Step 5: Activate your CMGO subscription using your Hub iD.
Step 6: Once activation is successful, you will see the following:
Step 7: Download the CMGO app from App Store or Google Play. Login using your CMGO account to start watching!
How do I access CMGO on the StarHub TV+ Box or StarHub TV+ Pro?
You can access the CMGO app on the StarHub TV+ Box or StarHub TV+ Pro by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to “Featured Apps” on the home screen and scroll to the right.
Step 2: Install the CMGO app from the Google Play Store.
Note: You’ll need to sign in with your Google account if you have not done so.
Step 3: Once installed, open the CMGO app and follow the on-screen instructions to log in to the CMGO app on StarHub TV+ Box or StarHub TV+ Pro.
Step 4: Start watching!
