Where can I make changes to do not call (DNC) registry in the app?
You can do so under "Manage account" > "Privacy settings" > "Review your contact preference".
Change in Contact Details
I received a notification that my contact details have been updated. Why am I receiving this?
Our system received a request for your contact details to be updated and this is a general notification to notify you of this request.
I changed my contact details and received a notification regarding it. However, the details are inaccurate. What do I do?
- You may submit the request again with the correct details.
- Simply log in to the StarHub App > "More" > "Manage account" > "Contacts" to update your contact details. For added security, we recommend resetting your Hub iD password too. Simply tap on "Forgot Password" on the StarHub App login screen.
I received a notification regarding a change of contact details, but I did not request for this. What do I do?
- You can submit a request to update the details back to the original.
- Simply log in to the StarHub App > "More" > "Manage account" > "Contacts" to update your contact details. For added security, we recommend resetting your Hub iD password too. Simply tap on "Forgot Password" on the StarHub App login screen.
Troubleshooting
I'm unable to log in to StarHub App. What should I do?
Ensure that you're using the right email ID and password. If you still encounter issues, try to log in again later or choose the "Forgot password" option to retrieve your password.
I want to change the email address I used for the login ID. How do I do it?
You can change your email address on the StarHub App. Simply log in to your account and select "More" to manage your account. From there, follow the on-screen instructions to update your login ID.
1. Login to your account on the StarHub App, under "More" select "Manage account".
2. Select the service to continue.
3. Under the account information, select the pencil icon beside your email address.
4. Enter your new email address/Hub iD and click on "Send OTP verification" to verify the change.
I want to change the email address on my contact details. How do I do it?
You can change your email address on the StarHub App. Simply log in to your account and select "More" to manage your account. From there, follow the on-screen instructions to update the email address on your contact details.
1. Login to your account on the StarHub App, under "More" select "Manage account".
2. Select the service to continue.
3. Under the account information, select "Contacts".
4. Select "Update email contact".
5. Input your new email address and click on "Save changes".
My StarHub App account is locked. How do I unlock it?
If your StarHub App account gets locked, please chat with us on StarHub App. You can access the chat even without logging in through the shop.
I forgot my app password/I want to change my password. How do I do it?
Simply click on "Forgot password?" on the login screen of the StarHub App and follow the on-screen instructions.
1. Select "I already have an account" to the login screen.
2. Simply click on "Forgot password?" on the login screen of the StarHub App and follow the on-screen instructions.
