How do I receive my top up devices?

It’s totally hassle-free! The device will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service at no cost by our appointed courier company. You will receive a WhatsApp message from the courier company within 10 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date. You can arrange your preferred delivery date and time directly with the courier company.

What time does the delivery start and end each day?

Weekday 10 am to 7 pm.

Sat 9 am to 4 pm

No deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays.

What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my top up device?

Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request any modification to your agreed date or time of delivery.

Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?

Rescheduling of delivery appointment for your Nintendo Switch OLED or Tapo Smart Home Bundle to be sent to the address of your installed broadband service is free, as long as the courier company has not already attempted to make the delivery. We strongly advise the rescheduling request to be made at least 2 working days in advance for the courier company to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery?

Please contact the courier company at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.

I missed the delivery appointment for the device. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery?

The courier company will contact you again within 3 working days to arrange for re-delivery. Re-deliveries are chargeable at $50 per appointment by Convergent Systems, payable in cash or via Paynow. Delivery date and time for re-delivery will be subject to slot availability.

Can my family member receive the device on my behalf?

Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the device on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.

Does the free Nintendo Switch come with a warranty?

Yes, Nintendo Switch comes with 1-year local warranty from the date of delivery by the manufacturer. Please retain the copy or image of the Delivery Order as proof of warranty. Kindly ensure that you check your Nintendo Switch upon delivery. StarHub will not be liable for any defects of this premium.

There is no need to register the warranty online. The warranty is based on the serial number on your Nintendo Switch. If the Nintendo Switch is faulty, you just need to visit the service centre for a 1-1 swap.

There is no need to register the warranty online. The warranty is based on the start date of your service agreement with your Tapo Smart Home Bundle. If the Tapo Smart Home Bundle is faulty, you just need to visit the service centre for further steps.

What happens if I do not receive a copy of the Delivery Order from the courier?

Do remind the courier to give you a copy of the Delivery Order on the day of delivery. Please reach out to the courier company on the number they first contacted you with to request a copy of the Delivery Order if necessary.

Please refer to the service agreement to ensure that you top-up for the Nintendo Switch OLED or TP-Link Tapo Smart Home Bundle. If confirmed, kindly allow 10 working days from your order completion/successful service installation date for the courier company to contact you about the delivery of your device.

If you have previously received an SMS about the device, you can contact the courier company directly on the number provided to check the status of the delivery.
