Check Usage & Balance for Your Star Plan

How do I check my SMS/call/data/roaming entitlements?

You can check your remaining entitlements on the StarHub App. Simply go to your mobile service to view the details.

1. Select the "Mobile" icon.

2. Select the line that you would like to check your entitlements on.

3. Under "More actions", select "Manage plan & add on".

4. Under "Plan summary", select "View Details".

How do I check my SMS/call/data/roaming usage?

You can check how much you've used up on the StarHub App. Simply go to your mobile service to view the details.

1. Select the "Mobile" icon.

2. Select the line for checking your usage.

3. Local talk time, SMS balance will be displayed. Select "Roaming" or "IDD International Calls" for roaming usage.

Will I be notified if my entitlements are about to be used up or are expiring?

We'll notify you via the StarHub App and SMS.

Will I be able to still use my services if my plan entitlements have been used up?

Once your plan entitlements are used up for the month, you will not be able to send SMS, make calls, or connect to the internet. You'll still be able to receive SMS and calls.

To continue usage of outgoing services, please subscribe to an add-on or wait for your entitlements to be refreshed on your renewal date.

Will I be getting a monthly bill?

Instead of a bill, you'll receive an e-receipt from us upon successful sign-up to/renewal of your Star Plan and also for every purchase of an add-on.
