How can I get the Oppo Device Bundle?
Simply sign up for, or recontract for our 1Gbps Business Broadband plan for at least 24 months. The bundle is valid while stocks last.
How do I receive my Oppo Device Bundle?
The Oppo Device Bundle will be delivered to the address of your installed broadband service by Oppo at no additional cost.
You will receive an SMS from Oppo within 20 working days of your order completion/successful service installation date.
What time does the delivery start and end each day?
Oppo will contact you to arrange for the delivery and follow up with an SMS.
Do inform Oppo if you are unavailable on the scheduled date or time and please propose an alternative (with the option to reschedule the delivery between Monday and Friday, 9am to 12noon or 2pm to 5pm, depending on the availability).
What do I do if I need to make changes to the delivery date and time of my free Oppo Device Bundle?
You may contact Oppo Courier Partner at appsupport@jtexpress.sg or 6916 3899 to request a change of date.
Will I be charged if I reschedule the delivery?
Rescheduling your delivery at least one working day in advance before 3PM is free, Otherwise, you will be charged $15 (before GST) per trip for any unsuccessful / rescheduled delivery.
How many days in advance should I contact the courier company if I need to make changes to my scheduled delivery?
Please contact OPPO Courier Partner at least 2 working days before your scheduled delivery for them to make the necessary logistic arrangements.
I missed the delivery appointment for the free Oppo Device Bundle. What should I do, and will I be charged for subsequent delivery?
The courier company will send an SMS notification coupled with their contact details to reschedule the delivery. Delivery date and time for re-delivery will be subject to slot availability. Do note that there is a charge of $15 (before GST) per trip, payable by cash or PayNow, for unsuccessful deliveries.
Can my employee/colleague receive the free Oppo Device Bundle on my behalf?
Yes, you can designate someone else to receive the free Oppo Device Bundle on your behalf if it is being delivered to the same address where your broadband service is installed.
Does the free Oppo Device Bundle come with a warranty?
Yes, the Oppo Device Bundle comes with a 1-year local warranty for Pad Neo LTE & 2 years warranty for Reno12 F 5G. Please refer to the warranty policy for details. The warranty is automatically registered by Oppo from the date of delivery. For warranty purposes, you may refer to the machine's serial number.

I did not receive any call/email from Oppo about the delivery of my free Oppo Device Bundle. What should I do?
Kindly allow up to 20 working days from your successful order installation date for Oppo to contact you about the delivery.
If it has been over 20 days since the order closure date, kindly contact your respective Sales Representative servicing your account or reach out to sme@starhub.com.
