What documents do I need to provide to purchase a Traveler SIM ?

When purchasing a Traveler SIM in-person, you will need to have your passport ready for verification at the airport counter or authorised retailers.

Who is eligible to buy a Traveler SIM ? 

All visitors to Singapore who are 18 years and above and looking to get connected on a short-term mobile plan, can sign up for a Traveler SIM.  

*Please note that due to local country regulations, credit cards issued in India may not be recognised when making payments through the StarHub app and web.  Please use an alternative credit card for payment if available.

Where can I purchase a physical Traveler SIM ? 

There are various locations where you can purchase your Traveler SIM over the counter in Singapore.  

  • Purchase at Changi Airport upon Arrival 
    • Head over to any StarHub Counter or Prosegur Change Counters located at Changi Airport Arrival Halls at Terminal 1, 2, 3 and 4 
  • Selected StarHub authorised retailers and 7-Eleven convenience stores

How do I check the balance and validity of my Traveler SIM?

You can download the StarHub app and login with the mobile number linked to your Traveler SIM, This will allow you to manage your Traveler SIM plan, check your plan usage and get chat support!

What happens after my Traveler SIM expires? 

You can purchase a new Traveler SIM plan at selected StarHub authorised retailers and 7-Eleven convenience stores in Singapore, or over the counter at Changi Airport.

How many lines am I allowed to sign up? 

Passport holders are allowed to sign up to 3 mobile services.
