You can make StarHub bill payment using "StarHub Account No."at the following payment kiosks. Do bring along your latest StarHub bill to scan barcode on the StarHub payment slip or manually input into Kiosk to make bill payment.

Pay bills using "StarHub Account No" via AXS stations island wide. Search for a nearby AXS station location via AXS website.


Improved customer experience:

√ Scan barcode on the physical StarHub payment slip or manually input into AXS station to make bill payment.

√ Offer popular and convenient payment modes.

√ Latest account balance automatically appears on AXS secure platform each time you wish to pay bill.

√ A receipt (physical copy or e-receipt) will be issued upon completion of the payment transaction.

√ SMS notification will be sent to your StarHub mobile contact number upon successful payment made via AXS.

√ Successful bill payment will be updated into your Postpaid account the next business day.
