How do I get my PRISM+ Gift Cards?
You will receive a SMS with the gift card code from PRISM+ within 30 days of successful broadband installation.
Where can I redeem my PRISM+ Gift Cards?
Gift cards are redeemable only on PRISM+ website and are valid for one-time use.
How can I use my PRISM+ Gift Cards?
This gift card is valid solely for the purchase of PRISM+ physical products and shall not be applied to servicing, warranty, installation and delivery related cost.
Is there an expiration date on the Gift Card?
Yes, gift cards must be redeemed within the stipulated period of 3 months. Any unconsumed value will be forfeited once expired.
Can I use my Gift Card for services like installation or delivery?
Gift cards are valid solely for the purchase of PRISM+ physical products and cannot be applied to servicing, warranty, installation, or delivery costs.
Can I get a refund for my Gift Card?
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
Can I use my Gift Card for purchases exceeding its value?
Yes, if your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, you will need to use an alternative payment method for the difference.
How do I redeem my PRISM+ Gift Cards?

Step 1: Browse Products to Purchase
Step 2: Select Product & Identify Website Promotion
Selected products may come with PRISM+ website promo vouchers such as “FRIDGE100”, an additional $100 discount off for the PureFresh TMF330
Step 3: Add to Cart 
Step 4: Head to Shopping Cart and Click Check Out
Step 5: Apply All Identified PRISM+ Promo Voucher
**Do take note that Aircon Purchases have to be standalone as their Promo Vouchers are NOT stackable with other product categories.
Step 6: Apply Gift Card Code
