Do remember to enable Mobile Data and VoLTE and set the Network mode to 5G/4G/LTE in your device settings. Thereafter, restart your device.
Here’s how to update Network Mode on your device:
On Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > select 5G/LTE/3G/2G or LTE/3G/2G
On iOS (iPhone 6 or later): Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice and Data
