Simply make a Service Request through SmartSupport, and you’ll be able to swap or replace your device within the next two hours1, with complimentary delivery right to your doorstep. Along with the mobile device replacement, a SmartSupport subscription also provides users with several handy support features.

First, you’ll get access to Unlimited Device Refresh. This service keeps your device looking good with deep cleaning, front screen replacements, OS refresh, diagnostic checks, and a complimentary cleaning solution kit plus phone accessory.

Next, if you’re having connectivity issues, aren’t sure how to create backups, or just need good tips to maximise your devices, the trusty 24/7 Tech Support is there to help you out. You also won’t have to explain yourself to a bot – all of your tech queries will be answered by real, live agents.

Finally, the Security Advisor feature can help beef up your online “defences” as well. Among other uses, this tool is able to recommend corrective measures based on breaches associated with your online credentials.

SmartSupport Plus: Expanded care for your personal portable devices

  • owned by the customer ​

  • Bluetooth /WiFi connectivity
  • Portable for use and do not require a plugged-in power source to operate ​

  • Licensed for use in Singapore and not reported as lost or stolen with the Singapore Police Force. ​
