From lunch orders and online banking to amazing audio on Friday movie nights, we rely heavily on our devices for modern conveniences and very often take them for granted. But with SmartSupport, you can now enjoy hassle-free care for the devices that enrich our digital lifestyles today.
What is SmartSupport?
SmartSupport and SmartSupport Plus are device care subscriptions, providing helpful features like device swaps, replacements, deep cleaning, and more. They’re available to all StarHub mobile customers, including those who purchase devices through non-StarHub channels.
Sign-ups can be done via our Online Store (only with a new mobile plan), the StarHub app, or in any of our physical stores.

1: If your request is accepted between 9.00am and 5.00pm Singapore time daily, including Public Holidays.
2: Device swaps and repairs are limited to 2 devices each (across all 6 categories) in 12 months. Additionally, repair service excludes headphones, earbuds, Apple iPads and smartwatches, of all brands, make and model.
3: Eligible Supplementary Device must be:
- owned by the customer
- Bluetooth /WiFi connectivity
- Portable for use and do not require a plugged-in power source to operate
- Licensed for use in Singapore and not reported as lost or stolen with the Singapore Police Force.

Customer can only register one Eligible Supplementary Device per category and includes new or existing Supplementary device that may or may not be bought from StarHub.
Register anytime after enrolment or before Service Request.
