To ensure a smooth transition, book your service installation appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. Simply fill out our online form, and our team will contact you via phone call or SMS within 48 hours to confirm the details.

Step 3: We'll take it from here

Once your installation date is confirmed, our experienced technicians will visit your new home to set up your broadband and TV services. We’ll take care of everything so you can focus on getting settled in.

Step 4: Pack all your equipment

On the service installation day, remember to bring along all equipment and cables to your new home.
