Existing customers

As an existing customer, you’re automatically entered into the 25 Ways to Celebrate Lucky Draw! You simply need to have an active service with StarHub to be considered an existing customer, which entitles you to one (1) chance in each month’s lucky draw. 

Recontract

Existing customers who recontract with us between 1 April 2025 and 30 June 2025 will get one (1) additional chance to win in the lucky draw.

New customers

Sign up for any StarHub mobile, broadband and/ or entertainment plan between 1 April 2025 and 30 June 2025 for two (2) chances to win a prize in the lucky draw.

There will be 25 prizes given out with each draw. The prizes include:

a. Pair of Air Tickets to Taiwan (Eva Air) worth $3844 – 1 winner

b. OPPO Find N5 512GB worth $2499 – 1 winner

c. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 1TB worth $2368 – 1 winner

d. Samsung Galaxy S25+ 512GB worth $1,658 – 1 winner

There will be 3 draws which will take place on 15 May, 16 June and 15 July 2025.

Eligible participants who did not win in the first draw shall remain eligible to participate in the second draw, subject to the same eligibility requirements and conditions as set forth for the first draw.  Similarly, eligible participants who did not win in the first and second draw will remain eligible to participate in the third draw, subject to the same requirements and conditions.

Winners will be chosen randomly using a random selection tool in the presence of an independent scrutineer.

Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of each draw and a winner list will be available on this page.
